The Woodway office services the Inner Loop, Bellaire, Tanglewood, Memorial, Meyerland and other neighborhoods along the 610 Loop.  

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

About Jane Brennan-Martin

A highly accomplished marketer with over 15 years in public relations, advertising and event planning, Jane Brennan-Martin eventually found her niche in residential real estate. Her prior association with the legendary developer George Mitchell and his innovative projects in The Woodlands and Galveston Island opened her eyes to the opportunities of real estate as a career. Jane's hard work, integrity, and 16 years' experience allows her to take the real estate market by storm. Able to succeed in fast-paced fields, Jane is recognized for having a hands-on approach that stems from continuously being available seven days a week. Detail-oriented, committed and seamless in closing transactions, she specializes in primarily River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University Place, Museum District, Bellaire and Memorial. As a Houstonian for more than 48 years, she brings a comprehensive knowledge of the Houston market and surrounding areas that few can match. Jane proudly extends her reach by assisting clients to purchase homes throughout the US and internationally. Accreditations include the National Association of Realtors for Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designations. She is relocation certified and assists corporate transferees moving to and from Houston. When not advocating on behalf of her buyers and sellers, Jane has been a dedicated volunteer for many charitable organizations including serving as a Patroness for the National Charity League. She has served with various Houston area charities including K-9 Angel Rescue, Kids' Meals, Memorial Assistance Ministries, Yellowstone Academy and MD Anderson Cancer Center among others.
